I was pretty busy this past winter, not much time to work on my own bike. I did get a few things done on limited time.
This is 79 sheet metal I customized to fit my 93. The front fender is lowered 1 inch, recontoured to fit the new radius and front cut. The rear fender is lengthened about 8 inches and cut to match the shape of the front fender. The gas tank was raised and stretched to flow and meet the seat. There were also some mechanical and chrome changes; you can see most of the added chrome. Now on to the paint.
The paint is a custom mix of color shifting additives over a black base and graphics. The sheet metal will be sold after the 2006 riding season and the project will continue.
